Disconnecting
Every connection comes off in one click. Aydria stops reading straight away, and raw data from it is deleted within 30 days.
Every connection is optional and comes off in one click. No questions, no "are you sure you want to leave".
Disconnect a calendar or WhatsApp
- Go to Settings → Connections.
- Choose the connection.
- Click Disconnect.
Aydria stops reading straight away.
For a calendar, you can also remove Aydria's access from your Google or Microsoft account settings. Either way works.
For WhatsApp, Aydria won't message you there any more, and messages from your number no longer reach your account. Link it again whenever you like, see Connect WhatsApp.
Stop email forwarding
Forwarding is something your own mailbox does, so you stop it there: remove the forwarding rule, or simply stop forwarding emails. Aydria won't see anything new.
Companies can still reply to the case addresses Aydria used for your open cases. Those replies keep landing in the right case.
What happens to the data
- Raw data from a connection, like forwarded emails, is never kept longer than 30 days, connected or not.
- Facts you confirmed stay in memory until you delete them. Want them gone as well? Delete them on the Memory screen.
- Your cases and proof stay as they are.
Running cases
Running cases carry on without the connection. Without a calendar, Aydria doesn't know when you're busy, so you may get called in at a worse moment. Quiet hours under Settings → Calls and voice still apply.
Removing everything
Want to stop using Aydria altogether? Go to Settings → Privacy and data → Delete account. You're signed out everywhere at once, and your data is deleted within 30 days. Backups roll off within 35 days. More in Cancel.
