Billing questions
Do unused credits roll over?
On paid plans, yes. Unused monthly credits roll over for one month, up to one month's worth, and they're spent first. On Free there's no rollover: each month your balance tops up by 100, to a maximum of 400.
What happens to my credits if a case fails?
They come back, automatically. If Aydria couldn't reach the company, they refused and there was nowhere left to escalate, or we made a mistake, every credit that case used goes back to your balance, with a note in the case. Getting part of what you asked for counts as a result, so that isn't refunded.
Do credit packs expire?
No. Pack credits stay as long as you have an account, on any plan, Free included. They're spent last, after your monthly credits. Delete your account within 14 days of buying a pack and you can ask for the unused part back in money.
How do I cancel?
In the app: Settings, Plan and credits, Cancel plan, then confirm. Two clicks, no phone call, no "are you sure you want to miss out". Your plan credits keep working until the end of the period you paid for, and pack credits stay.
Is VAT included?
Yes. Every price on this page includes 21% Dutch VAT. What you see is what you pay.
How can I pay?
iDEAL, Bancontact, cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Subscriptions can also run on SEPA Direct Debit. Payments go through Stripe, so your card details never touch our servers.
Can I switch plans?
Any time. An upgrade starts right away: you pay the difference for the rest of your period, and the extra monthly credits land straight away. A downgrade starts at the end of your period, and credits you already have stay yours.
How does the Free plan work?
You get 400 credits when you sign up. Every month Aydria tops you up by 100, until you're back at 400. Free credits don't expire, and you can buy packs on Free too. No card, no trial that turns into a bill.
