Email forwarding
Forward bills, contracts and letters to your personal Aydria address. It works with any email account, on every plan. Direct Gmail and Outlook access comes later.
You get your own Aydria address, something like yourname-xxxx@in.aydria.com. Anything you forward to it, Aydria reads: bills, contracts, confirmation emails, price increase letters. It works with every email provider, and on every plan.
Set it up
- Go to Settings → Connections → Email and copy your address.
- Forward an email to it, the way you'd forward anything. That's all.
- Optional: in your own mailbox, add a rule that forwards emails from your energy company, insurer or telecom provider automatically.
Got a paper letter? Take a photo and drop it in the app or send it on WhatsApp. Same result.
What Aydria does with it
- It picks out the company, the amounts, dates and reference numbers.
- If it spots something important, like a contract end date or a price going up, it asks you once: "Did Aydria get this right?" Only then does it go into memory.
- On Plus and up, it can warn you about something it noticed, like a contract that's about to renew. Free gets 1 of those a month.
The forwarded emails themselves are kept for 30 days at most. Only facts you confirmed stay.
Replies on your cases
When Aydria emails a company for a case, their reply goes to that case's own address, and lands in the case timeline. You don't need to forward those.
What Aydria never does
- Send email from your own mailbox. Aydria writes to companies from Aydria.
- Read anything you didn't forward.
Gmail and Outlook access: coming later
We're working on letting Aydria read your Gmail or Outlook inbox directly, read-only. It isn't available yet. Until then, forwarding does the job, and it means Aydria only ever sees what you choose to send it.
Want to stop? Remove the forwarding rule in your own mailbox. See Disconnecting.
