Two clicks, no guilt trip.

Cancel your plan

1. Go to Settings → Plan and credits and choose Cancel plan.
2. A sheet shows what happens to your credits. Choose Cancel.

Done. You get a short email confirming it, with the date your credits work until. You can also cancel through the Stripe customer portal, linked from the same screen.

What happens next

• Plan credits keep working until the end of the period you paid for.
• Pack credits stay for as long as you have an account.
• Running cases keep going on the credits you have.
• Your account stays, with your cases, proof and memory, until you delete it.

Changed your mind before the period ends? Choose a plan again under Change plan.

Delete your account

Cancelling a plan doesn't delete anything. To leave completely:

1. Go to Settings → Privacy and data.
2. Choose Delete account and confirm.

What happens then:

• You're signed out on all your devices straight away.
• Your data is deleted within 30 days. Backups roll off within 35 days.
• Your payment details at Stripe are anonymised.
• Your vault is wiped from each device the next time it opens.

Money back for packs

Credits have no cash value. One exception: when you delete your account, you can ask for a refund of unused pack credits you bought in the last 14 days. Ask us at support@aydria.com.
