What Aydria remembers

Aydria remembers things so you don't have to repeat yourself. Your memories are private to you, stored in the EU, never sold, never shared, and never used to train AI. Secrets like passwords are never in memory.

What it remembers

Facts about you and your home. Your preferred name, your language, your address for letters, and the names of people in your household, with their consent.

Your providers and contracts. "Internet: Ziggo since 2019." "Energy: Vattenfall, contract ends 1 Aug 2027."

Your preferences. "Prefers email over calls when possible." "Hold out for a full refund once before accepting less." "Don't call between 12:00 and 13:00."

How past cases went. When a case ends, the useful bits are kept: "Ziggo refunded €42.50 in Nov 2026 after 1 call."

What it never remembers

• Secrets. Passwords, PINs, BSN, IBAN, card numbers, DigiD and customer numbers marked as secret are filtered out. They belong in your vault. Memory can note that a secret exists ("Ziggo customer number: in your vault"), never what it is.
• Health details, beyond what one case strictly needs, and then only within that case.
• Anything you marked "Don't remember this".

Where memories come from

• What you tell it. Saved straight away.
• Your cases, documents and connections. If it's something that matters, like a contract, money or a person, Aydria asks you once: "Did Aydria get this right?" Only then is it used.

Where you'll see them

When Aydria makes a plan, the plan card shows What it knows: the memories it used, each linked to the memory itself. Nothing happens in the background that you can't trace.

Memories that go unused for 18 months and that Aydria wasn't sure about move to Archived. They're not deleted.

Family plans

Every member's memory is private to that member. The owner of the plan can't see it.
