Calendar

Connect Google Calendar or Outlook, read-only, so Aydria doesn't call you in during a meeting and can suggest callback times that suit you.

Sometimes Aydria needs you on a call, when a company wants to check who you are. It's better if that isn't in the middle of your dentist appointment. That's what the calendar connection is for.

What it does

  • Keeps calls away from your meetings. When a company needs you on the line, Aydria checks whether you're busy first.
  • Suggests callback times. If a company offers to call back, Aydria picks a slot when you're free.

What it reads, and what it won't touch

Aydria reads your calendar to see when you're busy. It's read-only: it never adds, moves or deletes an event, and never sends invitations. Before you connect, Aydria shows exactly what it will read and what it won't touch.

Connect it

Calendar is available on Plus, Family and Pro.

  1. Go to Settings → Connections → Calendar.
  2. Choose Google Calendar or Outlook.
  3. Sign in with that account and allow read-only access.

That's it. You'll see the connection listed under Connections.

Without a calendar

Not a problem. Aydria still calls you in when needed, and you can set quiet hours for calls to you under Settings → Calls and voice. If you can't pick up, Aydria asks the company for a callback or a reference number and tries again later. More in When a company insists on you.

Stop it any time

Disconnect in one click under Settings → Connections. See Disconnecting.
