Change plan
Upgrades start straight away, with the extra credits added at once. Downgrades start at the end of your billing period, and you keep the credits you have.
The plans
- Free: 400 credits to start, then up to 100 a month. 1 active case at a time.
- Plus: €12 a month, 1,200 credits, 3 active cases.
- Family: €24 a month, 3,000 credits shared by up to 5 people, 6 active cases.
- Pro: €59 a month, 8,000 credits, 12 active cases and priority support.
Paying yearly saves 30%. Everything is on the pricing page.
Change it
- Go to Settings → Plan and credits.
- Choose Change plan.
- Pick the plan, and monthly or yearly.
- Confirm. Payment runs through Stripe, with iDEAL, Bancontact, a card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or SEPA Direct Debit.
Upgrading
An upgrade starts straight away. You pay the difference for the rest of the period, and the difference in monthly credits is added at once. Going from Plus to Pro, for example, adds 6,800 credits right away.
Downgrading
A downgrade starts at the end of your billing period. Until then nothing changes. Credits you already have stay yours: the plan credits until they expire, pack credits for as long as you have an account.
Something you need is on another plan?
Aydria never hides a feature you don't have. It shows it with a small lock and the plan that includes it, like "Available on Plus". No pop-ups, no nagging: you only see it when you try the thing.
Buying credits instead
If you only need extra credits now and then, a credit pack may suit you better than a bigger plan. The credits sheet tells you which is cheaper, based on how you've used Aydria over the last 60 days.
