Editing and deleting memories
Every memory is one sentence you can edit, pin, put aside or delete. Or just tell Aydria "Forget that…".
Open Memory in the sidebar. Everything Aydria remembers is there, grouped under You, Home, Providers, People, Preferences and History. Each memory is one short sentence, with where it came from ("From your Ziggo case, Nov 2026"). Click the source to open it.
Change one memory
Open the menu next to the memory and choose:
- Edit, to fix the sentence. Aydria uses your version from then on.
- Pin, to make sure Aydria always takes it into account. Good for rules like "Never accept less than a full refund."
- Don't use this, to keep it but leave it out of every plan.
- Delete, to remove it.
Looking for something? Use the search field at the top.
Just say it
You don't have to go to the Memory screen. In the composer, or on WhatsApp:
- "Remember that my contract ends in August."
- "Forget that I live in Utrecht."
Both work straight away, and Aydria confirms.
Add something
Use the Add something field at the top of the Memory screen: "Tell Aydria something to remember". One sentence is enough.
Delete everything
- At the top of the Memory screen, choose Delete all memories.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
All your memories are gone. Your cases, proof and vault aren't touched.
Stop it remembering one thing
When Aydria offers to save something you'd rather it didn't, mark it Don't remember this. Aydria won't store it.
Archived memories
Memories that go unused for a long time end up under Archived. They're kept there, not used, and you can still delete them.
